Capital Market Funds LLC (“we”) operates capmarkfund.com. This page describes how we handle information submitted through the site, including the deal-intake form.
What we collect
If you request a term sheet, we collect the information you provide: name, company, phone, email, property type, city, state, loan purpose, requested amount, occupancy, target close, and any notes. Server logs may also include standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
How we use it
We use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a capital source may fit the file, and keep records of the conversation. We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site as a consumer hard-money lead funnel.
How it is sent
Submissions are delivered to craig@capmarkfund.com. If a transactional email service is configured, the message is sent through that provider. If it is not, your browser may open a mail message addressed to Craig so you can send the same details from your own account.
Retention and third parties
Inquiry records are kept as needed to originate and close a loan, to meet licensing and recordkeeping obligations, and to respond to you. Capital sources, counsel, and third-party report providers may receive information you provide if a file moves forward. This site is hosted on Vercel; their processing of technical data is governed by their terms.
